  Diana set me up with the move and was easy to deal with. The day of the move, three men showed up, as contracted; however, only one of the three worked. Two of the guys did hardly any work for the move out portion of my move. I am a female who weights 117lbs & I had to carry furniture, totes, etc. down three flights of stairs because two of the guys didn't want to work. From the get go, one of them was complaining how he shouldn't have taken this job because he'd been in an accident the previous day & he hurt & he was abused as a kid so he had women issues. The other said he didn't want to ruin his body by hauling my boxes, totes, & furniture down the three flights of stairs I was paying $140/hour for them to do. I was carrying items down the back stairs so the guys could use the main stairs unobstructed & while all 117lbs of me was hauling down a 50lbs box, one guy carried my Victoria Secret umbrella down the stairs. That's all he carried!! Instead, one guy and me basically moved everything out of my apartment. It was so terrible and frustrating. I called and spoke with Diana, whom had already been notified by the one good mover that these guys weren't helping. She took $10/hour off my bill to account for a two man move team, which was me and one guy. Basically I paid them so I could move myself, which is the opposite of why I hired a moving team. She also took off the $15/flight of stairs. She had another guy come meet the first good one at the unload site & those two worked hard. For the last 20 minutes of the move I had the three guys I paid for for the last two hours. I really feel taken advantage of by this company. I was told if they charged me less than the over $900 I was charged for ~5 hours worth of work (2.5 of which I did more work than 2 able bodied men) that she wouldn't be able to pay the movers. Seriously disappointed and won't be recommending this company or using them for any future moves. Very upset and sad about this move.
